Brown beef and add salt, along with Creole sauce, oregano, garlic, pepper sauce, and Spanish olives. Next, add raisins, more salt, and capers. Stir and add potatoes along with bay leaves. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and serve with rice, black beans and sweet plantains.
