Turkey Gravy
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups homemade turkey stock, with the fat poured off, heated to a simmer
Sea salt, to taste (about 1/2 tsp)
Ground black pepper, to taste (about 1/2 tsp)
Ground white pepper, to taste (about 1/2 tsp)
Melt butter, add flour, stir, cook 1 minute, add stock slowly, add salt & peppers, bring to boiling, adjust spices as needed.
